For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "km787", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the km787 platform, its operators, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities operating the website at km787.ws.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by km787 to validate Member accounts.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all transaction timestamps, draw schedules, and bonus expiry dates on the km787 platform.

Access to and use of the km787 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. km787 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy in accordance with international responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated agent) acting in your own personal capacity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either placed by yourself through the km787 Responsible Gaming tools or imposed by km787 for violation of these Terms.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the km787 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, active email address, and the bank account or e-wallet details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your km787 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. km787 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Security section of your Account Settings immediately after registration.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

km787 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where km787 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, km787 may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

km787 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed a threshold determined by km787, or at any time km787 deems verification necessary.

4.1 Required Documents

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or scan confirming ownership of the BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet account (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for transactions on the platform.
• Selfie verification: A recent photo of you holding your photo ID, as requested by the km787 compliance team.

4.2 Processing Time

km787 aims to process KYC submissions within 24–48 hours during business days (WIB). You will be notified by email or live chat once verification is complete or if additional documents are required.

5.1 Deposits

km787 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank transfer; and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. Deposits are typically credited to your Wallet within minutes of successful bank confirmation. km787 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to km787's anti-money-laundering (AML) policies. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. km787 targets processing of the majority of withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of approval; however, processing times may extend up to 24 hours during periods of high transaction volume or where additional security checks are required.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the km787 platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). km787 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Member.

5.4 Failed and Reversed Transactions

In the event that a deposit is not credited to your Wallet within 30 minutes of your transfer confirmation, you should contact km787 customer support via live chat, providing your transfer receipt. km787 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 24 hours. Chargebacks, reversals, or disputes raised with your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting km787 support may result in account suspension.

km787 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on games with an RTP above 97% or on certain excluded games may not contribute toward wagering requirements.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Wallet without notice. km787 is under no obligation to provide reminders prior to bonus expiry.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

km787 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and placing offsetting bets across accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, km787 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the account, and withhold any remaining balance.

6.4 Promotional Changes

km787 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed prior to the modification date.

All bets placed on the km787 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type — sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (numbers lottery), or sabung ayam (live cockfighting markets) — as published in the relevant rules section of the platform. In cases of conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, product-specific rules shall prevail.

7.1 Sportsbook

km787's sportsbook covers football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), badminton, basketball, e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile), MotoGP, and other sports markets. All odds are quoted in the format selected by the Member (Indonesian, European, or Hong Kong odds). In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at km787's discretion during live events.

7.2 Bet Acceptance and Voidance

km787 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet was placed after an event has concluded, the odds displayed were the result of a manifest technical error, or there is evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation. All void bets will be refunded to the Member's Wallet at the original stake amount.

7.3 Maximum Payouts

Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are published within each betting market. km787 reserves the right to limit individual account stakes where a Member's betting pattern is identified as professionally advantageous or in breach of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the km787 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary Members.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Accessing the platform using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account-based restrictions.
• Sharing your account credentials with, or allowing access to, any third party.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the km787 platform or its infrastructure.

All content on the km787 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, data compilations, and the overall site design — is the property of km787 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any km787 content without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, km787 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the km787 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service resulting from technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any losses arising from a Member's reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

km787's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

km787 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with licensed payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
